Services

First of all, we will do everything for you to have a great time in our place and make your stay unforgettable. We speak french and english. We are flexible with check-in or check-out day and time according to your arrival/departure. We are available at all time to provide more information you can need during your stay.

Some services are offered and are free of charge :

• Fresh bed linen (for all beds) and a set of towels (2) for each person are provided for the entire stay. Please note that linen & towels are not renewed during your stay. You can use the washing-machine to clean them regularly.
• A secure Internet high-speed WIFI connexion is also provided in the apartment for all your wireless devices.

But other services need extra charge…

All services below are optional, can be different upon apartment and are available according to additional charge (extra cost). They must be requested at the reservation time while you fill the online booking form up, or at least, 1 week prior to your arrival.

Airport pickup service : +€50 (max. 4 people)

This service is optional. The additional charge is due for a maximum of 4 people (max. in a car). We decided to offer such a service as many tenants usually come by plane and taxi drivers at the airport are really expansive (minimum of €80) and the location of the house inside the pedestrian area in Antibes is hard to find as the access by car is forbidden. With this service, we pick you up at the Nice airport and drive you to the apartment in Antibes (15km). This additional charge permits only a pickup service from the airport upon arrival and is not offered on departure (to the airport).

Cleaning on departure service : +€ 100

This service is optional.
We ask that you let the apartment clean and tidy on departure, in the same way you found it at your arrival. We provide a vacuum cleaner and all necessary products to make cleaning up relatively quick upon departure. Sometimes tenants prefer not to do the cleaning by themselves (not enough time because of very early flight schedules for example) so they can pay this additional charge made for a cleaning service. But if you do by yourselves : nothing to pay !

Parking service: +€8 a day per vehicle

This service is optional. The additional charge is due for only one vehicle and is calculated per day for an access 24h a day in a safe public parking situated just a 5 minutes walk from the house.

This service is strongly recommended in peak season (June-September) because of a lot of people in town during this period and very less free parking spaces in the old town of Antibes with many pedestrian streets in the carless part where the house is located.
